The place is good. It's not classy but it's not cheap also. The place is very spacious including the rooms. The rooms are clean but it would be better if it has a better lighting. The facade and garden brings beauty to the place I hope it can be maintain and improve more. The staff are very approachable specially those in the restaurant. The beach is beautiful peaceful sea and relaxing view. Still I recommend this r…

This resort has always been a gateway to Potipot island (mini island with fine white sand) before the pandemic. As of now, April 2025 the island is still not yet open to the public. The staffs are nice! They have a resto here, there's wifi too. They offer island tour but there's no water activities currently being offered. Travel time from Bulacan took 5-6 hrs However the rooms and beddings are a little old not so c…
We had a great experience! The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was really cool. However, the rooms could use some upgrades. Since it’s an older resort, improving the rooms would make a big difference for guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the wonderful service!
Stay with the family was good. Better to come here during summer. We went by the end of July and it was raining really hard. But the staff and crew are accommodating. We got the Beach House villa which was big (it needs bit of furnishing and repainting but), all 5 rooms are air-conditioned so it was comfy. They provided towels and rugs. The pool was also regularly cleaned. Location was just too far from Manila and t…
DO NOT COME HERE! Our rooms were crawling with lizards and spiders, and the floor was so dirty that when someone dropped a tissue, it immediately turned brown. We requested another beach house, but our new comfort room had mold all over the ceiling. Black ooze was coming from the shower drain, touched my sister's foot, and left a red mark. The moldy room made her sick as well. The bed sheets had orange stains, and w…
Isla Vista is an old and basic resort. Its beach front is perfect for people who loves the sea. They serve breakfast from 6am to 10pm. Restaurant closes at 10pm. This resort is ideal for big groups like family bonding/reunion, company team building, motorcycle riders, religious org., etc. It might look old but the resort is surely clean and comfortable for those looking to be relaxed. Front desk staff are friendly a…
Resort is old and not well maintained. Ambiance is a bit gloomy. Pool water is green. Potipot Island is closed but you can rent a boat to go swim near the island, ₱1,000/6 person for 1hour. Rooms have towel and soap available, air conditioning is working. Bathrooms needed the most improvement, small sink, PPR pipes are showing, no mirror, no hooks for clothes/towel, you don’t have any area to place your toiletries o…
