We stayed for one night at Imperial Ridge Pension House and had a comfortable experience. The room was clean and well-kept, with basic amenities that suited our short stay. During our stay, water is intermittent. You need to approach at the desk counter personally since there is no telephone in your room for your concern to address. The shower is not functional, and the room and comfort room are dirty and have stained. Perfect place to stay, feels like home, clean room. Also the staff, we're very good to us , they're accommodating and did their best for us to stay there comfortably.
We spent three days here. Overall it was good enough. Nice location, reasonable price and with free breakfast. The only downside of this pension house is it has no wifi signal inside the room you have to go downstairs near the reception area to access wifi plus the aircondition is not working well thats why we have to request an electric fan. And lastly, the staffs are not accomodating and friendly...
