Super friendly and helpful staff! Room basic, but clean and equipped with all what is needed. Tick for stable WIFI, free drinking water, free car parking and great location, just opposite SM Sorsogon and bus terminal.
The listing doesn't clearly mention the privacy situation. We only found out later that people from outside could see inside the downstairs area. It would be helpful if this were disclosed beforehand. For privacy, we ended up keeping the curtains closed most of the time.
We stayed at I’M Inn Hotel in Sorsogon for a short stay, and it was a really nice experience. The staff were very kind and accommodating — they even gave us a discounted rate since we were only staying for a short time. The place was simple but comfortable, and we truly appreciated their warm hospitality.
Location is great and offers good amenities. I did encounter bed bugs and no proactive service recovery provided - but usual room change provided. They are quite strict with check in, check out policies.
The room is good. There's a hot/cold shower, with an electric kettle and cup for coffee. One thing that I don't like is the bed, they should have at least queen size bed, especially we stayed in the deluxe room, it's only three single bed.
It's a little expensive. For 12 hrs i paid 2,000, and the 24 hr price is 2,500. For 12hrs I would expect half-price of 1250. On a long road trip, we found this little hotel on the highway.
