Everything was almost perfect aside sa noise sa hallway from staffs since katabi namin yung utility room but will definitely book again! 😌 We love the breakfast buffet.
I went as a walk-in customer and the reception was accommodating at first. After confirming room availability, I specifically asked if the Wi-Fi was stable enough for work calls and was assured that it was. However, I had to wait 1.5 hours and was only given a keycard at the official 2 PM check-in time, along with many other guests waiting in the lobby. Rooms here are not soundproof at all. You’ll hear every voice and footstep from the hallway inside your room, making rest impossible. For a hotel, failing to provide peace and privacy is unacceptable. Feels like sleeping in the hallway.
