Hotel Veniz’s biggest advantage is definitely its location. It is right at the centre of everything — walking distance to Session Road, the public market, and even a grocery plus McDonald's within the building itself. Transport terminals going to tourist attractions are also nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. Kind staff from front desk Tala, to cleaners.. breakfast is buffet is nice with unlimited coffee. Wifi at my room not that good.. place is so near to the center.. I love baguio now than 10 years ago.. the cleanliness, people just walking in the sidewalk and crossing in the designated pedestrian.. taxis still giving change..
Rooms needs renovation,no proper info in regards to hotel facilities,ex where the breakfast is located at,elavator is not working for a week, no new bed cover for room make up! its ridicolous! Where do I start, walked in 26th to make a booking for 27th, 28th 28th, 30th Jan. And paid cash for 4 nights. We made this clear, but the staff pass us the room door card anyway. We tried to pass the room door card back, but she insisted we hold onto it. The 27th we went to check in and the staff told us we had already checked in. Weird.
