Our go to hotel in Surigao. Hotel clerk Aubrey is so com p entertaining and friendly. Breakfast buffet with a la cart omelet service is included in the room price. Rooms are remodeled in tasteful upscale decor and super bathrooms (CR). Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix + standard cable is quite nice. Location could not be better. Two delush restaurants are walking distance. Recommended.
This hotel has a very convenient location with easy access to nearby establishments and a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable, although some areas could benefit from a little upgrade, particularly the bed which seemed a bit old. Reserved my room with balcony thru phone call, Aubrey was very helpful and confirmed my reservation. This is the best hotel in the area with an ocean view , excellent accommodation and very nice and helpful staff from the concierge, dining staff , housekeeping, security and bell man. The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This hotel is in great need of an upgrade, especially the bathrooms. The floors and shower have mold and feel unclean. Balcony is big, but not clean, especially the glass railing. Breakfast was good, service amazing.
We had an excellent 2 night stay here after our long drive. The staff is very accommodating, professional and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The frre breakfast with accommodation is great as well 😊
If you need to be in Surigao City, the Tavern is ideally located along the boulevard.It has good quality rooms and a decent breakfast.
The hotel has had better days because it's been around for a while, however the rooms are clean, some rooms have gone through a little renovation. The staff is very attentive. Friendly and accommodates some requests. Location is great too. Very accessible to the pier. Cafe Rosa serves decent breakfast with lots of choices. The coffee is great and I love how they have an egg station.
