Worst customer service. We went there to spend some family quality time before my brother and his family left for AU. The place was decent but the manager in charge was unwelcoming. I have been to many resorts far better and in class but they are never rude to their guests. The lady lacks professionalism and Ignorant about customer service.
Great location to stay with friends and family. Staff is hospital and helps you where needed. We will go back! PS: Sunrise and Sunset is great, beach is behind the place and close to restaurants and more.
Beach is not swimmable. Owners are not friendly - it feels like they don’t want guests. There’s no restaurant too. Hard to find a good restaurant for kids within the immediate vicinity.
