It was our first time staying at this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were very friendly; even though we had a minor issue with our key cards, they resolved it swiftly. Rooms are good but staff service is ok. Main issue is room service. CLoses at 10pm buy they stop orders at 9 pm. Also location is such you have nothing near by unless you drive 10 min to get something to eat or even a coffee.

Modern hotel and connected sa mall. There's Savemore Supermaket, Wendys, Watsons, AF, etc. which is accessible to all. Free hot and cold water in their dispenser available per floor. Buffet breakfast free for all hotel guests, and buffet merienda for P299 per head.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights during the last week of December. The location is quite far from the city proper, and since jeepneys don't pass by the area, you have to walk to reach the hotel. They only serve breakfast and snacks, which is fine, but what surprised me was that even as checked-in guests, we were required to wear paper wristbands during breakfast. This was a first for me. Room was nice and comfy but sink was dirty, shower drain is clogged. breakfast was okay, but service takes a long time. Had to remind concierge re invoice and we kept following up. Everyone seemed like trainees.

We checked in during the November 9–11, 2025 typhoon to ensure we would be safe, dry, and comfortable while the storm was at its peak. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. I enjoyed the 3 nights stay here. The buffet breakfast choices are great, the staff are friendly and will make you feel welcome. The room is big and very comfortable bed.
