We were transfered from a deluxe room 604 coz aircon was not working to another deluxe room 319 aircon temperature was programmedto 16°C(default) unfortunately no remote control so it was so cold and blanket is very thin. I just checked out at SOGO – Molino and had a great experience. The staff on duty were very helpful and accommodating, which made me feel well taken care of during my short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I’m truly satisfied with the service and would gladly come back again.

Poor accommodation, other utilities and appliances are not working at all. So nag upgrade kami ng room, then still poor quality. Basted lights, mood light are broken, and some hairs under the telephone. Please improve your staff qualities, they don't know how to offer great service and rooms.

Hotel Sogo Molino has super clean and spacious rooms. It is also accessible and easy to reach to if you will be coming from Manila. The staff there are all well-mannered and approachable. Kudos to Hotel Sogo Molino! Keep it up! It is one of the best Hotel Sogo branches I've been to.
