Humble hotel offering no-nonsense rooms with flat-screen TVs & en suite bathrooms.
Stayed for 24 to kill time before our flight. Requested ice and they said they ran out, so we bought outside. The following day, we requested for ice again and they still don't have it. First time experiencing this in a Sogo hotel branch, very inconvenient.
I booked this room for my driver, he said the room is nice unfortunately the AC and lights turned off 4X in his room so he kept on waking up. He complained to front desk to be transferred to another room. However, no action was made. I will not booking this hotel on next trips to CDO.
The location is quite convenient. It is near to Agora terminal and walking will do towards SM. The room was not cleaned, long hair proly from girls were everywhere. At night, it was hard for me to sleep since the PTAC I guess, was really noisy. I stayed for 2 nights and on the first day, they provided me with hot water (2 cups) but no coffee.
