Hotel San Francisco

Our stay here was only for one night we arrived early and my Wife being heavily pregnant was tired from the travel we was told if we wanted to check in now so she could relax we had to pay extra 800 along with the room rate already. Any other time the answer would have been no but I wanted my wife to rest when we entered the room it was dusty and the sheets had a stain no bottled water no toilet paper no toothbrush…

Rooms are very basic. Rooms smell clean but the bathroom was wet when I got there. The sheets were too thin, bed is hard and not that comfortable. Hot shower was not working, I had to take cold showers But the staff is really friendly and accommodating. And the location is good it’s at downtown Catbalogan

Hotel staff is very nice. Pretty slow at getting things done but extremely nice staff. Bed was not comfortable at all. Internet was a 1 out of 10, literally got NO service in my room at all it was only availablein the lobby that was super hot, so i had to go to the coffee shop to work instead. Good things: They have elevator 24hrs, most hotels in Catbalogan don't have one. They respond to phone calls, staff are helpful, accessible to restaurants in town no need for a transport, accessible to Catholic church, nearby my friends houses, with working cctv, with spacious lobby, tables and chairs/couches for lounging and work.
