I want to start by saying I’m not a picky person when it comes to hotel rooms, and I generally have reasonable expectations. Unfortunately, this property did not match how it was advertised. The room I stayed in on the third floor was barely acceptable, mainly due to a strong and persistent odor of mold and mildew. This is one of the best value for money hotels in Baler. Strong recommendation. The hotel staff are all friendly and respond promptly to guests' requests. For us, we are grateful to them. It's not too far from the beach and easy if you want to get around the local town. The breakfast is excellent and the room is also satisfactory for the amount paid for us. We got the family room and what you see is what you get. This is my first time staying in this hotel. If your purpose is to only sleep and take a warm shower, then this is the place. It has the basic stuff, but I expected to have coffee mugs and complimentary coffees since they have a kettle in the room. The room does not have a hanger to hang wet towels and hang other clothes. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The room we got is bigger and better than what we are expecting. Bathroom is huge and clean. The beds are comy. The room smells great (lavender scent). The staffs were accomodating and always available. Great location within the city center. A tricycle away from Sabang Beach which is around 3 minutes.

Staffs are friendly and nice. The room we stayed is fine, comfy and clean and has a heater which I'm always looking for a hotel. Gave a 4 out of 5 stars because its slightly far to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The first room they offered has a faulty A/C and TV but they managed to transfer us to the room with a working AC and TV. The hotel staff are accommodating, they let us wait in the lobby while waiting for the check in time.
