The hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located near the cathedral, which made it easy to explore the area. Great job to the housekeeping team for maintaining cleanliness. All we did was eat lunch here two times - no staying, so can't comment about staying, rooms or bed. Food was Delicious and service was good. I'm not from here so don't know about the location, but it is near stores and I assume other restaurants.

Bad restaurant service. They even tricked us in the Senior Citizen deduction. We were only 13 with 8 senior citizen but they counted 26 pax?? They say that it will be based on how many servings (based on what was ordered) can the food be taken. It so happened that I had my Oathtaking in Tuguegarao City, and when we discovered this hotel, we found the luxury, comfort, and most importantly, memories to cherish when we stayed in our room for 3 days and 2 nights. My family and I enjoyed it,and we're so glad to be served by the kind staff. Will stay here again if we'll go visit Tuguegarao City...

Located at downtown, many places are accessible within walking distance . The hotel has excellent restaurant at floor 2 with wide variety of foods , beverages and delicious desserts. You stay here for their FOOOOOOODDD!!! Hotel is really dated, pero may bawi sa food selection, quantity, quality, and price.

Been here to have lunch quite few times and foods are always tasty! Love their halo-halo! Staffs are nice and friendly.
