Člean. .Strong wifi. Strong water pressure Hot water. Restaurant. Parking. Rates are currently PHP700 and upwards for 24 hour stays depending on room size. Php200 and upwards on stays for less than 24 hours depending on room size and number of hours. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
I recomend Hotel Ramon. Our family of 4 stayed in a very spacious room facing the river and paid 1200 pesos for the 24 hour stay. The hotel was partially renovated since we last visited.
Good wifi in room. Water strong. No brownout with full electric generator connection in room.
People are nice and helpful. Walking distance to Xavier University, City Hall, banks, offices shopping... bars and restaurants.
Rooms are bit old...some rooms have nice view of cdo river
