Disastrous stay. Paid via card (phone) at checkin and stayed 12 nights only to be told that they hadnt received payment at checkout ??? How do you let someone stay at a hotel without payment first. The place is walking distance to the public market, bus terminal, boulevard, and other city amenities of Bayawan.
