We stayed there for 5 days during our vacation. We were able to book the family room on the 3rd level overlooking the main road. The family room had 2 queen sized beds, a cable tv, a cabinet, and a spacious toilet and bath. They don't have a fridge and a kettle, though you can get yourselves hot/cold water from their water dispenser at the end of the hallway (level 3 hot water dispenser was not working, only cold).…
Great hotel in a great location. Concierge Cybel is very pleasant and a great help. She is very cheerful and has been consistent in her service. We booked 1 night and came back for another night because of the service as well! Recommended for family. Thank you Cybel for the great help! 😊
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PWD. PWD Ramp Always Blocked. Disrespectful Motorist who blocked PWD ramp are prevelent and the staff would not control them inspite of multiple advisories. Good Service Freindly Staff Limited Room Service Options
