Hotel Guillermo

At the time of our stay, my room did not have hot/warm water for bath, but the staff managed to provide me a water pail and a kettle. The 4th floor area do not have enough lighting, especially by my room.

Hotel Guillermo offers a comfortable and straightforward stay. The room was clean and came with a bidet, which is always a plus. Water pressure was good and everything in the bathroom worked well. Location- in the city center. Food- respectable Service- F&B- their service is good but severely understaffed. We ended up helping the staff in getting plates and utensils. They lack teaspoons as well. As a hotelier management should look into this. Plus I heard one of the managers telling the staff with guests to act PROFESSIONAL. Not acceptable. Even for a coffee sachet it's old! Food preparation takes a long time…

The room is spacious enough. Internet connection is fast enough. But the hot water from the faucet takes time to heat up. Prices ranges from 800 to 3000. They also serve complimentary breakfast. They have elevators to accommodate differently abled people. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.
