During our seminar, there is no wifi. Not sure inside room because I did not stay overnight. The location of the hotel is within Cogon market and it has many establishments so so many stores to go to and affordable fresh fruits and vegetables. Many PUV/PUJ also even habal2x.
Review for function rooms / floor: Okay place to hold gatherings or conferences. Not the cleanest exterior surroundings or the most updated interiors but it might do for someone who just needs the space which they have a lot of. The staff are also quite kind and helpful. Very poor sanitation and cleanliness. Room is smells like didn't use long time. Bathroom not sanitize regularly as sanitation is very important. Seems like the housekeeping staffs were not train properly in cleaning and sanitizing the room regularly. The establishment must implement outbreak prevention plan especially during this pandemic. I hope the establishment will take serious actions regarding this matter.
Visited the place for a seminar held in the 5th floor. Conference rooms are spacious but the lobby of the hotel is quite small (participants had difficulty moving around)as well as their dinning area in the ground floor. Staff were very accommodating and food served was good. Location is very accessible.
