Hotel Canelsa

Been there for a night, I got lots of bites of bedbugs..so bad.. and I said to the receptionist, but just sorry..

The hotel have one of the best views of the San Juanico Bridge. Customer service is exceptional. Clean and spacious room. There's a heater, a must for afternoon showers. They provided a thermos and a couple of glasses but no complimentary bottled water, no big deal. A soap was also provided at the cr. The room we've stayed is clean, just the AC unit since it's old it's super loud and doesn't make the room cold, TV looks hideous and their wifi signal is too weak inside the room. The overall service tho is great since the staffs were kind, they let us leave our bags after checking out cause we still need to take the Licensure exam.

Affordable and accessible. The staff are very accommodating. Service is great. But they need to change their linens specially the towels because it is old na. Para na ngang maitim na siya. But, I will still choose this hotel. Thank you

The room is quite small. But you have a fantastic view over the window. Savemore and Mcdo are about 10 min walk from.the hotel. The elevator was functional until the lights turn off for about 30 seconds. But it happened once for my 4 nights stay. Attendants are accomodating too. The place looks a bit old though but its just working okay.
