I booked online. The concierge wants to change my room to a one br instead of a family room because she booked someone else since we arrived late, although we already paid for it. And she is charging the same rate and additional fee for extra bed. This should be raised to the owner. I had been their loyal customer but that last incident will make me not go back there

Price is Good. Internet only Works in the Lobby not in the Rooms. We ended up changing rooms 5th floor to 3rd floor no WiFi. Rooms and Hallway carpet have marks all over them.
