The room is okay- large enough for one person. The internet connection is a bit slow. They have hot shower, free bottled water, tissues and toiletries. It has a free single meal breakfast with little choices. Strategic location near SM Baguio and Session Road.
Very basic. Small, simple, and clean. The shower heater didn't work. It's cheap, but for the same price in other cities you can find much more comfort. A 2-star hotel.
The location and price of Hotel 45 are good, which initially made it appealing. However, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the poor condition of the facilities. Hotel 45 has a good location—very convenient since it’s near SM Baguio and accessible to key spots in the city. The room comes with a fan instead of air-conditioning, which is fine given Baguio’s cool climate. However, there are areas that need improvement. Location is good but that's it. The room is absolutely disgusting, poor maintenance and very dirty. This room is honestly worth $5 USD Dirty chair, dirty shower & bathroom, the bed sheet had yellow stains and the floor is gross.
It has a good location! Very close to SM Baguio and it is in the center of the city.
