Update September 2021: 900 pesos for upstairs garage. 650 for downstairs. There is no cockroaches in the upstairs garage. I prefer LC Bayview Pension House for 588. 20 pesos for bottled water.
The place is okay, but no amenities like television, no hot water, trash can is not ready inside the room. Its barely room with bed.
In the upstairs a bit of dirty the toilet also dirty . And downstairs is clean but the internet very low.
It's a really cheap place but too noisy during sleep time at night.
