I am a Gold Elite member and only reserved a standard room but I was surprised that they upgraded us to a King Premium Lounge access room--it was even on the 26th floor! While the hotel is quite dated, I gladly welcomed the room upgrade. In this hotel the service never disappoints. The sky lounge access offers a great value for money regardless of purpose of stay. Kudos to Tine and Justine of the sky lounge for making sure our needs are attended to from waiting for our room until the rest of our stay. Keep it up!
We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Manila Galleria and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila.
