Stayed here for one night in June 2026 while in transit between islands. Bit of an odd location but could see on the drive in that it’s situated in the middle of a large industrial park so guess its customer base is predominantly people travelling for business. The hotel was clean and tidy with some nice touches in places - e.g. fantastic modern lobby and very comfy beds - but the rooms are a little tired in places…

Had a great experience here at Holiday Inn & Suites Lima Park Batangas! We've celebrated my son's birthday and they had given him free cake and free simple decoration in the room. The service here is superb specially Kay Kuya Lewelin & kuya Louie. Wala kaming dalang floaters and they provided free floaters and balls sa junakis namen.
