I have been visiting Hidden Valley Wave Pool Mountain Resort since 2016, and unfortunately, the resort has not kept up with the times. While the wave pool itself remains well-maintained and is still a fun attraction, the rest of the experience has become very disappointing. Key feedback for future guests: Major Maintenance Issues: The plumbing in our room was not functioning—the toilet flush was broken, and we we…

My visit to Hidden Valley Wave Pool and Mountain Resort was a refreshing escape into nature, where the cool mountain air blended perfectly with the thrill of the wave pool. I enjoyed the balance of relaxation and adventure — swimming in the clear waters, taking in the lush greenery, and feeling the calm of the surrounding mountains. The resort offered a peaceful retreat yet kept the fun alive with its wave pool, mak…
We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. Booked as a group but was disappointed to find one of our room was in a different location from everyone else. Even though we booked through the same place, we weren't allowed to use the same pool or shared facilities. Friendly staff and decent food, but the setup was inconvenient and not what we expected. If you are stayin…
Been here twice already and I can honestly say it’s always such a relaxing experience. The place is cozy, clean, and really gives that perfect staycation vibe where you can just chill and recharge. The host/staff are accommodating and consistent with their service, which makes coming back worth it. It's hard to navigate the place and if you are sadly stuck rooming at the very top of the resort and want to go to the wave pool you have a long walk and actually have to go to the other entrance gate to enter.…

We reserved a lot of rooms, one cabin had a very dirty restroom (where I stayed at which was good for two people), no tissues, plenty of insects, no hygiene essentials nowhere to hang your towels either. Meanwhile the family room was a bit more clean and at least had a tissue, but the faucet was broken. Don't come here if take hygiene very seriously. Pools - It…
