Hidden Sanctuary Hotel and Resort Marilao Bulacan

I would rate Hidden Sanctuary Hotel and Resort 1/5 stars. The place is beautiful and has a nice ambiance, but the experience was disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell in some areas, which affected our comfort. What really stood out was the poor service. Dont check in unless u have lotion for anti insect. Theres a lot of mosquito in the main area and the private pool is dirty. The public pool looks neat but its not that fun to swim. The shower in the rooms are broken.

We have a great time celebrating my birthday here. The place is clean and we maintained. The staff are accomodating. Theres some spot that are cover by the sun. And the place is IG worthy

It is not recommended for those who are sensitive. We experienced itching after swimming in the pool, which we believe is due to the water quality. Additionally, the cottages had a lot of flies. We hope the management can improve the maintenance as the place has a lot of potential. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing improvements.

Given the price, it's satisfactory for me. We reserved a two-bedroom room at the hotel. One bedroom has a great AC, while the other one's AC is less effective. However, overall, the amenities are good: two bathrooms, a mini fridge, a balcony with seating, and one of the rooms has a standard TV. When they started adding ice to one of the pools, it became too crowded, so we opted for the hotel's private pool instead.

Been here 2x now, everything was fine. I love their private pools and their dining room, we were served politely and nicely. The service here was very good and amazing. I think, the customer service is not good enough. Since we stayed in the hotel, we were there for 2days and one night. The receptionist on our first day is not polite at all. They should have welcomed everyone properly. I don't like her aura. Second, The room is clean but as you go outside, it stinks. The windows and the lobby are not really clean.
