There is no toilet seat - it's broken and standing behind the sink. I don't think that's OK for a room to 1650p. I tried to find a solution with the reception but there's no maintenance before tomorrow, and asking for another room she says all rooms are like that! I guess maintenance guy will be busy then... Perhaps one of the better hotels located in the center of town, this place could use improvement. The room was clean and comfortable but it was quite small and very dimly lit. The first time I stayed here, the HGC was new and amenities were still good. However, you could already tell that the hotel was made with profit as the primary goal, rather than providing service to customers. Hotel layout is terrible! The hotel attendants are helpful and accommodating. They have allowed us to store our leftover on the fridge at the reception area. They also reheated the food the following morning and we ate it during breakfast with the hotel meal. The hotel has a very good views. If you just want a place to sleep and bath that would not tear your pocket, then this is the place. The amenities like t.v. and aircon, is another story. The remote controls for the tv and aircon does not work and the wifi is a little bit slow though.
