Heart Hotel

Not recommended at all. The room had a lot of spider webs, and the air conditioner was broken. We were forced to borrow an electric fan because the AC wasn’t cooling at all. It was very uncomfortable, especially since we were with a child. Even though the place is affordable, the room quality is not acceptable, we’ve stayed in cheaper places with much better rooms. Very disappointing experience.

DO NOT book this hotel! This hotel is pest infested - cockroaches and mouse on the floor, on the bed on the dining area. Hotel is not clean and smells musty. There is no service in this hotel. Do not be deceived by the low price.

This is a great little hotel. The rooms are small by American standards. But if you are on a budget and especially if you are traveling solo, it is a great selection. It is as advertised. There is also a small restaurant area attached and the food in there is pretty good and priced right.

I think my only issue is the cleanliness. By the time we arrive, there's a cockroach. The Internet is quite okay but for the overall room price, I'm not exactly sure if it's worth the penny, comfy-wise and cleanliness-wise.

great location just walking distance from the port. but it's way too busy in the morning and too much noise. you can't really sleep in if you want yo relax. this hostel is only for a quick sleep over and go early next morning.

The location is fine. But the room and service is a mess, its very compact. I ordered a room for two so it might have more rooms but it is actually very small even just for one person, like a prison cell. The comfort room and bath is outside your room, meaning you have to walk half naked down the hallway unless you bring clothes with you, the wifi wont reach 3rd floor and up rooms and very slow (dsl?), not even tv r…
