The first week we visited. The room was smelling like urine, but the beds are flat. Kind of hard, but better than other places I've visited. The front desk staff are always happy to help and very friendly. They did come and handle urine smell after calling twice. Our second stay didn't have this issue. Good but the plumber needs to.learn to complete jobs rather then say it's fixed when the shower still can't be used. I had to detach as lol connections and unblock all the dirt inside then it's good with good pressure to use
The HappyTelle location offers convenient access to the boulevard, mall, and restaurant, with motorcycle or motorcab rides being a simple option. Although the room is fairly spacious, its cleanliness falls short - the air conditioning unit and showerhead require attention. We hope you take necessary actions to improve.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to center and beach promenade. Good value. Only drawback a very noisy water pump, but they said they are fixing it 😁.
1. They’re very strict about fines for damages and keeps repeating it which was annoying. 2. It’s close to the boulevard and close to some restaurants and pharmacy(walking distance). 3. The room was very small though but they gave us 2 towels for me and my partner along with other toiletries (soap, tooth brush and shampoo, napkins). Rooms are not well-maintained. I spent about five minutes scrubbing the shower head to remove the green slime all around it. Aircon barely cools the room- needs cleaning as well. Unstable internet connection and network signal. The staff can be a little loud when they stay at the lobby. The location is good though. It is a few steps away from a good restaurant. It is also very close to the boulevard.
The bed sheet was worn out with holes in it. As soon as you put the sheet over, it would shred and tear. Bathroom wasn’t clean. was dirty and dusty and dirt everywhere. Every time we walked in out of the building, we felt that were on display. I was with my partner and they stared at us in and out it made us very uncomfortable.
