Streamlined quarters, some with private pools, in a relaxed hotel offering a cafe & an outdoor pool.
first of all, lots of people smoking outside and inside of their rooms, it reeked of cigarettes. the food didn't even taste bland, it was awful. the only decent thing there was the tempura (albeit the sauce was a bit salty), gimbap and their sinigang. it felt like the staff was understaffed too, the vibe was more of a large motel rather than a hotel. massage was okay, but i reccomend only staying here for a day if y…

Rooms: despite the 'no smoking' policy, the room we got reeks of cigarette and smell of molds. Hotel doesn't invest in air purifiers nor fresheners - you'll only get 1 round of Mr. Muscle spray upon request. Service: hospitality is a big problem. Food 2/10. Waffle tasted like kwek kwek batter. 1/4 pound cheese burger did not taste good either Room is spacious but bedsheet/pillow case are too think and still have stain marks. Hallways and elevators reek of alcohol/smoke/food. Massage therapist, on the other hand, were nice and provided good service. All in all, not coming back to this hotel again.
The service was good but the room we rented had limited kitchen equipment, not even forks and spoons. We hear the lightest footsteps of those guests on our upper floor because the soundproofing of the floor is poor since it was made of wood. The internet connection was bad too. Not sure if I will ever come back again.
Very accomodating and great service! The food tastes so good and the owner was kind and humble. They are very hands on. We had a wonderful stay without a problem and hopefully we can comeback soon. Thank you❤️
