The location is great. The sea is clean, the shore is wide and not that deep. The sand is stable and safe for kids. The pool is big & clean. It is well kept. It's just that the resort & some of the staff needs a lot of improvement. The room in 3rd floor is cool, wide, clean & spacious. The linen, bed, mattress are well kept and the pillows are nice. You get what you pay for. I was looking at booking a resort for 900+ dollars Canadian a night but at the last minute decided to check this place out. Best decision I made this year. My crew of 11 had no problems with anything and we all had a great time and I probably saved 700+ Canadian. Cooking area,karaoke, and bed was all we needed. Everything else was a bonus. TURN BACK! not worth your time not worth your money no clear instructions the rooms are ugly in person, pipes exposed everywhere, tiles falling off the wall the stairs are poorly made AND NOT UP TO BUILDING CODE WILL MAKE TRIP no signage to rooms YOU HAVE TO GUESS WHERE just turn back there better places at the same price

Old facilities. Staff only cares about money! Poor service, room was dirty.
No water only in our room. Did check with office had to resort just to stay since they don't want to refund or change the room. Did try to fix the issue but no improvement, you will need to wait 20-30 mins for a pail off water (6 people would wait), room has spider webs. Not going back here
Very bad experience! My partner and his friends was checked in for a night. The room was charged 4500. Plus 1000 for corkage fee. Room was okay. But was not mentioned that lights will be gone at midnight. Water is the same. No water supply till almost mid-day! We did not had water to wash ourselves after swimming in the pool and the beach.
