The best catering service experienced. Staffs so helpful especially the senior butlers in the hotel they are so helpful. Excellent service . Slept 2 nights for my best friends wedding and the ceremony was even held there . Would recommend any foreigners looking for comfortable place to stay and any events who want to have.
The best feature of this hotel is the staff who tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The facility is showing its age and maintenance is lacking. Many things do not work. Wifi is spotty. The place looks outdated and in need of a facelift. No view. Very small garden. It has obviously seen better days.

I remember this place being far from the hotel we stayed at. It's pretty secluded and peaceful. I liked the knicker bucker and barbecue.
Hacienda palmeras is a wonderful place to stay while vacationing or on a business trip to Zamboanga City. It's not the poshest place but it feels like home. The staff are friendly and great at their jobs.
Called the restaurant 5 times, phone rings, no response.
Service was great and timely. No complaints whatsoever. Food was delicious. For the service, quality of food and ambiance.... The price was more than fair.
