Hacasi Hotel

We were extremely disappointed with our experience. The air conditioner in the room we originally paid for wasn’t working, so we brought it to the staff’s attention. While they did move us to another room, they had the audacity to charge us extra for the change. How is it fair to make us pay for their inability to provide a properly functioning room in the first place?

Located at the heart of the downtown, I must say this budget hotel is a decent bang for your buck. Its very close to malls and restaurants- Mang Inasal and Janikka across the road. I needed a one night stop-over hotel and decided to try Hacasi Hotel. It is in the absolute center of downtown Tacloban and a little noisy in the evening. Great location. This hotel is at the 3rd Floor of Melecio Tan Building which is located at the downtown area of Tacloban. There are Food Establishments, Supermarkets, Shops that are only a few steps away. Rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. There's a pantry where you can order food and eat there if you don't want to go out anymore.

Rooms are wide but maintenance is disappointing, found a roach roaming. Bathroom is really bad, with weak water pressure. Location wise, it is easy to find.

Good location right in the central of downtown which 40peso to go to Robinson North, walking distance to Savemore and Tacloban market. The best thing is strong wifi and mobile signal
