Straightforward budget hotel offering basic rooms with TVs near the port & ferry terminal.
Reported to reception that the toilet was leaking and allowed them to attend and fix the room when I was away but they didn’t fix it. It was noisy due to construction during the day and the room doesn’t smell good at all.
The location is really great. Just walking distance from Masbate port! Good for sleeping! BUT the staff aren't that helpful , plus the building is run down and not well cleaned. you can see dirt around and the sheets with stains.
No elevator, not pwd friendly. Not really well maintained, sink is clogged and there are pieces of trash in the room. Blanket linen and pillows had minor stains. Overall the room was really just for sleeping. Staff didn't have my reservation but was able to accommodate me eventually. They were also helpful and responsive. Location is good as it's situated near the main street of the city.
Comfortable beds, static television though, cobwebs around the sprinkler system, ugly pipes they try to hide. Great staff, they were amazing and polite, loud air-conditioner though
