GV Hotel Dipolog

Aircon wasn’t as cold as expected, but it was still manageable. Good enough for a comfortable stay, especially since it’s conveniently located within the city proper. The room was also affordable at just ₱1,000+ for two people, making it a great value for the price.

The rooms are extremely low effort having no windows, broken appliances, and in my current room, there’s literally a mouse hole beside the bed. This note was apparently made in the 1980s and they didn’t bother to make improvements to their rooms. 1 night here costs 1k, which is absurd since you can find a better 1 night stay hotel for as low as 700. Do yourselves a favor and skip this.

Stupid service. Looks like other hotels you see in the us. It's built back in the 1980s and it's so stupid that they haven't updated the furnitures yet. Pros: Affordable price. Located at the main road. Close to fast foods, stores, banks, and malls. A bit dated building but has a very reasonable rates. WiFi and data signal is okay. Has parking too

Rooms are fairly large. You get what you paid for. Fire exits are present but hallways are narrow. There are smoke detectors that work, sprinkler system in place. No bidet. No hot water. Not very quiet. Located in major street so expect a lot of traffic.

Ok for one night. Hotel seems bit old and needs brightening up somewhat. Centrally located in Dipolog. Just a short walk to the bay walk.
