First of all, they have a friendly staff. Walking distance going to the mall. Price is very reasonable and good for backpackers. You can ask for a breakfast for only Php.160.00 per person only during monday to saturday. Good Wifi, water is good and rooms are clean. I stayed for a week already and no plan to change hotel.
