I just showed up on a rainy late afternoon and was given a room on the spot. I then upgraded to a longstay room for the remainder of my visit, 3rd floor, which was spacious enough for me, with a wonderful green view of city and mountains. Rooms are super old, unclean, moldy. Not worth it for its price. The only good thing is the location.
I have stayed here before about two years ago,. Its basic, and the rooms are cheap from 550 pesos per night, however its quiet and this is the reason why I like it. Most of the other accommodation houses are on the main road and are too nosy for my liking. No Dogs, Roosters or Traffic !
