GQ Plaza

We have stayed here twice now. Nice. Clean. The AC is cold 🐧. The shower water hot ❤️. The rooftop restaurant food is very good as is the service. The hotel has several awards and I'm delighted to say, well deserved. The staff is very nice which seems to be a standard in the Philippines. In the heart of town, very convenient. The price? Is Nice! Highly recommend.

Arrived late at night at a hotel in Kalibo and was too eager to hit the sack when a painting suddenly caught my attention. Room is cozy. A bit small but complete. Service is superb and the price value is good. Location is terrific! You have access to the plaza. The church is a few meters away and there are a lot of restaurant nearby.

This is our second stay at GQ Plaza, and it’s still just as impressive. The rooms are top-tier—very clean, aesthetic, and spacious, with a high ceiling that makes everything feel more premium and relaxing. The restaurant food is so-so, but their customer service is excellent, so dining is still enjoyable because the staff are very attentive and accommodating. A lovely hotel right in the centre of Kalibo. We gad a delux queen room facing the Cathedral, with a balcony. The room was large, spacious and airy. We ate several times on the Roofdeck terrace. The food was good but sometimes items on the menu were not available. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Thank you we had a great time from England.
