We stayed at Goldmin Hotel recently and had the bad luck of being there when a massive typhoon hit Sablayan. The whole town lost power, which was a bit of a nightmare, but honestly, this hotel was a lifesaver. They have their own generator, so while the rest of the area was in total darkness, we still had lights and AC in our room. It made a huge difference and really showed how well-prepared they are for emergencie…
New hotel in the center next to the Jolibee. Me and my girlfriend stayed there as well as our friend. Staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable but not very clean at all. Our friend stayed a night longer and somehow they made him check out at 7AM although we paid for two full nights and check-out is supposed to be at 12pm. This is not what good service looks like.
New hotel so clean room but old fashioned noisy AC. No hot water, low or no wifi. Staff wake me at 7am for very light breakfast every day.
