Disaster hotel. We paid for 3 nights... But we couldn't stand to stay there for even 1 night, and booked another hotel again. We paid for nothing 😡 The washroom was so dirty, and there was no wifi. The television wasn't working.

our room was not cleaned properly, lots of cobwebs and spiders in bathroom and comfort room. one of the pillow has strands of hair on it. shampoo provided was like dishwasher liquid lol. no towel rack to use in shower, door knobs are rusty and not working . it's kinda upsetting as there are lots of staff sitting on the entrance doing nothing. i hope the management will do something about it as the place got potentia…
