It's nice because barely anyone is there but at the same time you wish there were more people. It was almost a ghost town in the hotel, the receptionist is nice but the other staff were okay. Stayed here for 2 weeks back in July-August 2018 with my fiance while we were visiting with her family and friends. Nice, quiet, friendly staff, beautiful decor, waterfall. Within walking distance of food and a few bars. Outside was a bit dingy, but that's PI - staff worked to keep it clean and the riffraff away. The hotel food was pretty good too - not the best I had there, but definitely worth the money.
