Amazing place. Great staff, the rooms are nice and clean. Very close to a hub of restaurants. The only thing is the wifi speeds being slower but it's free so no big deal! Amazing experience.

The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was okay for a short stay. The staff were polite and assisted us when needed. The rooms, services & location are very good. However the collect 500 for fees or deposit, you can claim it for check-out later, but they didnt give any acknowledgement receipts. One incident, I was with colleages paying 1500 for 4 rooms. During checking out I claiming deposit however they gave me 1000 only. If you gonna check-in in this hotel make sure they have acknowledgement receive so you can claim deposit.

Stayed here for work. Room is big and clean. NO ELEVATOR though. Only Stairs. If you are not capable of climbing stairs, I suggest that you do not book here. Free breakfast is plated. Near malls.

Very clean and nice rooms. Super friendly and helping staff. Perfect location. Nice breakfast for the money! If ever i will come back to GenSan, for sure it will be my hotel to stay. Recommend!!!!
