Poor coordination between staff answering the hotel's official mobile number and the staff on duty. We traveled as quickly as we could when they said they have one last room. Staff even asked for payment in advance for the reservation but since we are only 10 mins away, they agreed to place the room on hold for us and got our name. I haven't stayed in a hotel here in the cabanatuan where I can really define it as great. Not until I entered and they accommodate me in this hotel. Very high end accommodations, although not yet fully open (there's on-going interior works on my visit). If you travel with family and you have a vehicle, good for you because its location is a bit far from the highway. For backpackers, get on a local tricycle at Robinsons / Pacific Mall for a cheap ride. There are local taxi services but you may need to open Google maps to share the location of this new hotel. Value for money; at first we thought it was typical like an inn, but we thought wrong. Affordable stay, but at the same time the comfort is there. We went there during the height of Typhoon Uwan, and they made sure of our comfort during our stay and even provided electric fans for each room. Will be back again

Room was clean staff was very friendly and helpful although the place is being renovated so it can be noisy at times

1stime to stay here in golden bliss. Not yet finished building but the Rooms are clean and complete with microwave and hot shower I will definitely come back and book again this place.
