Had a conference in this place so we stayed here as well. The room was fairly reasonable. Clean. But small. The aircon was good. My only issue was the toilet. I really do not like the fact that it was an open toilet concept as it does not offer privacy. And the shower area did not have any hooks to hook your clothes. Stayed in May 2026. We were in 318 at first but it wreaked of an odor so the staff immediately allowed us to changed to 317. Stuff happens. Later that week, the AC started draining water onto the floor and they immediately sent a team to disassemble the AC and to clean it and the floor. They even changed the sheets and towels. Front desk personnel is not accommodating, one mentioned of assisting to do self check for experience, however at the time of finalizing the room, another attendant assisted but did not assist the self check in but processed it right away. This was a spur of the moment selection while shopping at the mall, I needed hot shower and place to catch up on sleep. The room was nice but that's it, there was no hot water and the TV was just an ornament on the wall. I got a handicap room where the cold shower flooded the entire bathroom making the exit a bit slippery.
