Awesome From check in till checkout everything was great with this hotel. Check in time was 14:00 which was perfect and was greeted by friendly staff members of the hotel. Rooms were spacious, large bed.. one of the biggest i have ever seen…possibility to make coffee on your room since there is no breakfast area in this hotel. Location: this hotel is perfectly located near Robinson Mall and at the other side of the…

Don't expect anything fancy from Go Hotels. It's not fancy. It's just good all around. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Front desk staff is nice. The guard and bell hops will help you bring your stuff to the room. Tip them. It is not asked for or required, but if someone is helping you out with your bags, tip them.

I have stayed in this particular go hotel many times, very handy for the mall and also the bus terminal behind the mall if you are travelling on anywhere from town. As always the beds were super comfortable, staff always helpful and happy. Only three stars this time because there was a problem with the showers that did take quite a while to get sorted.

Comfortable rooms and exceptionally honest staff! A housekeeper returned 2,000 pesos I had forgotten in my room. I am so grateful for their professional and trustworthy service. Will definitely stay here again when in Butuan.

Room was OK for 1 night, toilet room was super small though. The window led to a roof with cooling units for the mall - super noisy during the daytime. Bed was good. Location not so far from airport was perfect, and inside the shopping mall even better. Hotel rebooked my first booking, even they didn't have to, that was good service.

For a hotel, that’s a basic expectation that wasn’t met. Unfortunately cant upload a video What made it worse was the response from management. I raised the issue with the front desk manager…
