The hotel staff were very friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly appreciate their kindness. However, we were disappointed with the room arrangements. We were not given the room that we originally booked because it was being used by guests who had extended their stay. Stayed there October 31, 2025.Comfortable rooms ( just a suggestion) instead of a cloth sheet if they provide a proper blanket will be much better. Soap shampoo clean towels and toilet paper provided. I ask them a cup and hot water to prepare my tea so I got from them. Wifi speed is great for working remotely. Overall decent hotel. The aircon could be noisy if set at high cool.

Ww booked family De Luxe Room. The room smells Bad, like Unpleasant damp smell. It was the Blanket , towel and linen. No restaurant of cafe nearby.

The location is along the road good thing its not a busy road and not much honking. The bad experience I had was the toilet doesnt have tissue paper and no soap and the sink is not working that we had to use the other room that we booked to brush our teeth.

Great and friendly staff. Working wi-fi, cable tv and air con. Clean and comfortable rooms and great rates. I much prefer Giorgio's place over Amcoop!
