We had a very disappointing experience here. It was our wedding day — a once-in-a-lifetime moment — but the staff were so rude to us. They forced us to leave while our visitors were still eating, and they even started cleaning all the chairs and tables even though we were still there, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. 😑 It completely ruined what was supposed to be a special and joyful occasion. Room was okay and so was our stay. We had to be moved rooms because there was no hot water and when we go a room with hot water it had a sulfur smell and it wasn’t just my room. FYI, you can only pay with cash.
Beautiful and quiet place surrounded by nature for resting, spacious for hosting conferences, facility of swimming pool and gym for sports and relaxation, comfortable bedrooms for family, delicious food in the resto, and more.
The staff were friendly & helpful . Gerly treated us like family . We will stay with them on our next visit . Thank you !
