If I were to rate this hotel, I would probably give it no stars because the service was really poor. Let me explain further: First, there was no staff available to assist with carrying luggage from the entrance, and it was uncomfortably hot since there seemed to be no air conditioning in the reception area. The room is clean and Good. The food is fair and neat. Nice customer service. But i gave it 3 stars because one guy from the evening shift is very rude. Did not even greeted us. We only ask for the plug-in power card politely because we left it from the previous shift. Old dude from the night shift. I dunno who you are but please be polite with your customers.
Breakfast is good, hot water is always available. I like the location because my wife and I loves to eat and there's a lot of places to dine in that's within reasonable walking distance but will only stay here if there's another discounted room prices or if I have no choice at all. This hotel is situated in the heart of the City of Balanga. The location is so convenient for restaurants and exploring the city. The hotel is a typical hotel if you are just looking to stay. It is clean however, the internet is very slow. Thank God, Smart signal is strong, I had to use my cellular data through the duration of my stay.
