The room was a decent size and generally comfortable. The WiFi, however, was quite poor during our stay. The TV included Netflix, which was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evening. The shower room was fine overall, but the shower head could do with a proper clean or replacement. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The pool water was fresh, but it needed a thorough clean when we arrived, so we chose not…
Thanks to Elaine and Cherry for making my welcome so warm. Nice oasis from the storm. 3 steps from room to pool but a nice quiet tranquil place to stay. Only down side need to get a tricycle to town but that's about 100peso. Room is clean, large. Thank you for having me, I slept very very well.
Our first night was frustrating due to slow front desk responses. However, the rest of our stay was wonderful. The subsequent reception staff were accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. Guest greetings make a huge difference, and the later team nailed it. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay.
Great place! Clean room with great shower. The garden is so nice and peaceful. Quiet - for the first time in the Philippines I woke up to the sound of birds chirping… the food I tried was alright and very decently priced. The wifi was a bit so-so. Would return.
We stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The location is great — not on the main street, but still close enough to restaurants, shops, and spas. The garden is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! The room was simple but clean and comfortable, with a working AC. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
Nice simple hotel in Puerto Princesa, 5 minutes from the Airport. Quiet and nice setting, with a nice pool in the garden..very appreciated in the evening. Good breakfast. Massages available...nice ecperience evening message in the cube in the garden. Just one night stop for us but very good.
