The room is cheap, so do not expect too much. When you are outside the fumes from the air-conditioning makes it hard to breathe specially when you have asthma. The room itself is a 2/10. Accepted the room is tooooooo smalllll. But the thing I'm complaining about is that they won't let you transfer to another room even it's reasonable. We check in expecting we comfortably rest for the night..... Hassle the aircon is leaking all over the doorstep and it flooded floor going inside.... Imagine that small space with wet floor. Their rate is 365 every 12 hours. The bad thing of their service is that 40 minutes before the end of your time is that someone from them knock your door and ask if we're willing to extend or check-out. It was so annoying! One star is too many. Wifi is crap and I was only brushed off by the front desk, super dismissive, unfriendly, completely unqualified for even trying to be in the tourism industry. Cannot request to transfer room, cannot request to refund, all you get is their trashy attitude. No wonder there is only 3.5. The previous owner must have done a lot good things to let such crap stand until today.
